In these unique times too, there are some of us whose professional roles & commitments do not allow to stand still and travel is an essential part of life to keep the essential manufacturing, logistics, medicines, aerospace, oil rigs, mega projects, factories etc. moving with our actions.
Combining safety, convenience & our signature hospitality, we can customize long term or short accommodation and office space solutions within our property to suit your needs in the current times. Carrying on with the two-decade old legacy built on your trust and patronage, here are some things we would like you to consider with regards to your safety at our property:
End to end disinfection
We are sanitising and disinfecting all surfaces, guest and staff touchpoints end to end on a continuous basis. This includes hotel vehicle interiors, arrival baggage, key cards, door knobs, telephones, TV controls, switches, staff areas, restaurant tables – and everything in between. We use a range of disinfectants scientifically approved & from globally accepted hygiene brands like Diversey & Refnol.
Social distancing
We are dutifully maintaining a safe distance between our guests and staff using technology and innovative ideas like contactless check-ins & room services.
Contactless services & concierge
We are doing everything possible to minimise physical contact during your stay with us. We encourage you to check-in, order & even settle bills using our electronic platforms and our digital concierge services using your own smartphone.
Temperature screening
Our guests and staff will have to undergo a contactless and swift temperature check at the entrance of our property to ensure a safe environment for all within the property.
Protective equipment
Members of our staff are geared with Personal Protective Equipment, as appropriate & suitable for their role. They are all mandated to periodically sanitise their hands for your safety. A kit containing masks, gloves and sanitisers will be kept as a standard amenity in your room and additionally made available upon request at any point during your stay.
Low rise property
It helps immensely to practice social distancing that we are a spread out property with the highest area per room in our class; with a low rise building to conveniently avoid use of lifts. Our property is far from the dense crowds, standing alone amidst huge gardens at a stone’s throw distance of 1 kilometer from Ahmedabad airport.
Onsite laundry & staff accommodation
Our onsite state-of-the-art laundry has been reserved exclusively for our captive use. We are also accommodating members of our staff in our onsite facility to isolate them from any contaminated areas while travelling between hotel and home.
We can provide fully equipped business suites, flexible meeting spaces, plug & play working desks and rooms with secure LAN connections. Do choose from the array of packages we have curated keeping you in mind, be it a staycation, worcation, weekend escape or weekday saver.
